※ Product return and exchange regulations

  1. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have the right to appreciate the goods for seven days (including holidays). The seven-day appreciation period is a consideration period and not a trial period. If the goods are unpacked or used, resulting in lack of integrity Items cannot be returned if they have lost their resale value.
  2. If the product itself is not defective, we will only provide exchange. You must contact customer service personnel to proceed with the exchange process.
  3. If the product is defective, an exchange of the same product will be accepted. If the goods are replaced due to defective goods, the shipping cost will be borne by the company.
  4. After the appreciation period, the return/refund process will be handled in accordance with the MLM Law.
  5. Returned or exchanged goods must be in brand new condition and fully packaged (maintain the integrity of returned or exchanged goods, invoices, accessories, internal and external packaging, gifts, etc.).
  6. The seven-day appreciation period does not apply to the following conditions. If there are stains, obvious signs of use, damage, or man-made dirt, scratches, odor, or incomplete accessories, returns will not be accepted.

※ Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following situations

  1. Exceeding the seven-day viewing period.
  2. The product accessories and packaging are incomplete.
  3. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the product is damaged with obvious signs of use or is artificially soiled, stained, or damaged.
  4. Overseas delivery does not accept returns or exchanges.

※ Notes on refunds

  1. When your return request is established, we will issue a refund within 14 working days after receiving the returned goods.
  2. If you use a credit card to pay, we will refund the money. If you use an ATM transfer, we will help refund the money. However, because each bank has different refund standards, please contact your card-issuing bank for the specific refund time.

※ Exchange process description

  1. Please contact us via email or LINE account and inform us of the condition of the product in detail. If the product is defective, please provide photos of the defect. After confirmation, please send the product back. Ame Global will make up for it. Postage, if the product has packaging, please keep it intact.
  2. Once the exchange request is confirmed, please make sure that your contact phone number is answered at any time. Ame Global will confirm with you before exchanging the goods. Please confirm that the contact information you left online is correct
